If you are a student from another EU country studying in England, Northern Ireland or Wales in 2008/2009, you apply for finance by completing an application form. You can download the relevant form below.
Students who have already applied for finance and want to amend the amount of tuition fee they have requested should complete a tuition fee loan request form.
If the form you have filled in asks you to send in evidence of your income, the documents you need to supply will vary between different EU countries.
Remember that you should only supply these documents if you’re applying for financial help that’s based on your income:
You can only apply to the Higher Education Bursary Scholarship Scheme if your college or university is taking part.
If you apply for student finance and indicate that you’re going to a university or college that’s taking part, you should automatically be sent an application form for the Higher Education Bursary Scholarship Scheme. You can also get a copy from the Student Finance Services European Team.
