Student Loans Company helplines are currently experiencing a high volume of calls. While they will try to deal with queries as quickly as possible, please be aware that there may be a delay in answering your call.

In the meantime, if you're a new student starting a course in 2009/2010 you can use the Student Loan Repayment Calculator to estimate your repayments.

If you've left your course, you can login to your account on the Student Loan Repayment website and view your balance, update your personal details or make payments.

Repaying Student Loans – courses starting from 1998

If you have a general question about repaying a Student Loan for a course you started in 1998 or later (some sometimes called ‘Income Contingent Repayment’ or ‘ICR’ Student Loans), contact:
