Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE)

The Leasehold Advisory Service is an executive non-departmental public body which provides free advice on the law affecting residential leasehold and commonhold property in England and Wales. It also offers a mediation service which provides a way to settle a dispute without the need to go to court or the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.
