Personalised guidance on the retirement procedure
If your employer wishes to end your employment by retiring you, there is a procedure that they must follow. By answering a series of questions, this tool will provide you with a personalised factsheet explaining how the retirement procedure affects you, whether your employer has followed it correctly and when you can make a request to work past your retirement date.
